	Customer to provide content	All copy to be provided in electronic format
10	Images	All images to be provided in electronic jpeg or gif format. If images require scanning, re-touching or modification, hourly consulting rates** apply.
10	Image preparation	Images made web-ready. If more images are required, hourly consulting rates** apply.
	Design Guarantee	If you are unhappy with the design options, the commencement fee will be refunded in full
	Domain registration	Additional charges apply#
	Site hosting	Use webspace provided with your email account, or subscribe to a discount web-hosting package#.
	Dynamic content	Static content only, no on-line shopping, no forums, no dynamic updates
	Email	No pop mailboxes provided. All email from the site will be re-directed to your existing email account.

Any change to web design following design signoff (commencement of implementation), will incur additional charge of $80/hr
